Best Chase Business Credit Card for Most People

The Ink Business Cash℠ Credit Card is a great card for business owners with predictable expenses. Cardholders Earn 5% cash back on the first $25,000 spent in combined purchases at office supply stores and on internet, cable and phone services each account anniversary year. Earn 2% cash back on the first $25,000 spent in combined purchases at gas stations and restaurants each account anniversary year. Earn 1% cash back on all other card purchases with no limit to the amount you can earn. There's no annual fee on the card, but the rewards on both of these categories is capped at $25,000.

Best for Businesses with Moderate Expenses

Because rewards on both of the bonus categories are capped at $25,000 on annual purchases, this card works best for businesses with low to moderate expenses. After you hit the caps, you'll earn 1% cash back on everything. If your business spends more than $25,000 a year in those categories, you'll be better off with a card that has a higher rewards limit, like the American Express® Business Gold Card, or a flat-rate cash back card with no limit, like the Ink Business Unlimited℠ Credit Card.

Travel and Purchase Coverage

The Ink Business Cash℠ Credit Card also comes with the built-in benefit of travel and purchase coverage. For example, if you forgo the rental car company's collision insurance and charge the entire purchase to your card, you'll be eligible for an auto rental collision damage waiver. You'll also benefit from travel and emergency assistance services, roadside dispatch, purchase protection and extended warranty protection.

Best Chase Business Credit Card for Flat-Rate Cash Back

The Ink Business Unlimited℠ Credit Card is a great option if your business has unpredictable expenses. It Earn unlimited 1.5% cash back on every purchase made for your business, so you don't have to worry about maximizing rewards in specific spending categories. Like the Ink Business Cash℠ Credit Card, it also comes with the added benefit of travel and purchase coverage.

Unlimited 1.5% Cash Back

Similar to the consumer version of this card, the Chase Freedom Unlimited®, the Ink Business Unlimited℠ Credit Card Earn unlimited 1.5% cash back on every purchase made for your business with no cap. This card is best for business owners who have expenses across a wide variety of categories and won't be able to take advantage of the bonus categories on the Ink Business Unlimited℠ Credit Card or Ink Business Preferred℠ Credit Card. The Ink Business Unlimited℠ Credit Card is also a great backup card to use once you max out the bonus categories on the Ink Business Unlimited℠ Credit Card.

Payment Flexibility with 0% Intro APR

Both the Ink Business Unlimited℠ Credit Card and Ink Business Cash℠ Credit Card come with a 0% introductory APR on purchases for 12 months. This is great if your business has limited cash flow and you need to make a large purchase. It's advisable to pay off the purchase before the introductory period expires, however, to avoid paying any interest charges.

Best Chase Business Credit Card for Travel

The Ink Business Preferred℠ Credit Card is one of the best business credit cards for travel. For an annual fee of $95, you'll Earn 3 points per $1 on the first $150,000 spent in combined purchases on travel, shipping purchases, Internet, cable and phone services, advertising purchases made with social media sites and search engines each account anniversary year. Earn 1 point per $1 on all other purchases—with no limit to the amount you can earn. The rewards in these bonus categories are capped at $150,000 on combined purchases per year.

Part of the Chase Ultimate Rewards Program

One of the best features of the Ink Business Preferred℠ Credit Card is that it's part of the Chase Ultimate Rewards program. This means points you earn through spending can be redeemed for travel or transferred to a number of Chase's travel partners. Plus, because this card is designed for travel, it comes with zero foreign transaction fees.

Points Bonus When You Redeem for Travel

Another perk of the Ink Business Preferred℠ Credit Card is that you'll get a 25% points bonus when you redeem your points for travel through the Chase Ultimate Rewards portal. This means the 80,000-point welcome bonus—which you can earn by spending $5,000 on purchases in the first three months—is worth $1,000 when redeemed for travel.

How We Calculate Rewards: ValuePenguin calculates the value of rewards by estimating the dollar value of any points, miles or bonuses earned using the card less any associated annual fees. These estimates here are ValuePenguin's alone, not those of the card issuer, and have not been reviewed, approved or otherwise endorsed by the credit card issuer.

Example of how we calculate the rewards rates: When redeemed for travel through Ultimate Rewards, Chase Sapphire Preferred points are worth $0.0125 each. The card awards 2 points on travel and dining and 1 point on everything else. Therefore, we say the card has a 2.5% rewards rate on dining and travel (2 x $0.0125) and a 1.25% rewards rate on everything else (1 x $0.0125).
